Thank you for choosing Garvey Engraving.

Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are generally considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on custom or personalized items once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error that differs significantly from the approved order details, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will review each situation individually and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details, including names, dates, spelling, and design selections, before placing an order. Garvey Engraving is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Color, grain patterns, engraving depth, and overall appearance may vary due to the natural characteristics of wood and other materials. Such variations are considered part of the unique nature of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
